Big Foot Systems offers a broad range of flexible service contract options for your business. There are three main categories of which you can select one option.
Platinum Service: Response time for support calls will be within 60 minutes, with engineers/Technicians reserved for client on daily basis. 1 hours response time from time of call for Nairobi Office with partially reserved Engineers/technicians. Hardware replacement within 5 working days.
Bronze Service:  Same day response time for support calls made before 11:00AM for Nairobi Office. Labour charges are inclusive

Platinum Service:
The Platinum service has a dedicated engineer in waiting to respond immediately to all support call. This option has an optimal response time of 60 minutes from the time of call logging.
Items Replaced, Repaired, or Reconfigured, and all services offered will not attract any other fee other than the stipulated annual fixed amount for this service.

Any new item that is not included in the initial contract, as a result of new purchases by the client will be charged at 15% of the value the Item to be covered by this contract. client will inform Big Foots Systems when new items are added or introduced in client premises and the items they wish to be covered in this contract.
